Eco Pure Flow began with a simple yet powerful belief — that no woman or girl should ever have to sacrifice her dignity, education, or health because of her period.
Founder Jennifer Thompson has always had a passion for helping people in need and creating meaningful change in her community. As she learned more about the global and local crisis of period poverty — where 1 in 4 teens miss school due to lack of menstrual products — she was inspired to take action.
Today, Eco Pure Flow is more than a nonprofit — it’s a movement for change. Each kit distributed, each conversation started, and each partnership formed brings us one step closer to a world where menstrual care is accessible, sustainable, and treated as a basic human right.

Eco Pure Flow empowers women and girls by removing barriers to menstrual health, providing safe, high-quality, organic, and eco-friendly products. Through education, community outreach, and advocacy, we ensure every individual can manage their period with dignity, confidence, and respect for the planet, while promoting menstrual equity and lasting social and environmental impact in underserved communities across the Chicago metropolitan area.
