🌸 Eco Pure Flow Visits Girl Forward
Eco Pure Flow was honored to spend time with the incredible staff, and young ladies at Girl Forward. This experience was truly meaningful and an amazing opportunity for us to connect, listen, and share knowledge in a safe and supportive space.
During our visit, we had open conversations about menstrual health, hygiene, and self-care. The young ladies asked thoughtful questions, shared their experiences, and gained valuable insight into their bodies and menstrual wellness. Their curiosity, confidence, and engagement made this session especially impactful.
We were also grateful to meet the dedicated director and staff at Girl Forward, whose continued commitment to empowering young women creates a nurturing environment for growth and learning.
As part of this event, Eco Pure Flow distributed First Flow & Dignity Kits and introduced participants to the importance of eco-friendly and sustainable menstrual care. Moments like these reaffirm our mission and inspire us to continue advocating for menstrual equity and education in our communities.
Thank you to Girl Forward for welcoming us and allowing Eco Pure Flow to be part of such an empowering experience. We look forward to continuing this important work together.

Community Partnership Spotlight: Eco Pure Flow & Pete’s Fresh Market
Eco Pure Flow is proud to partner with Pete’s Fresh Market to support our community beyond menstrual health education. Together, we helped distribute groceries to families at Thomas A. Hendricks Elementary School, ensuring access to essential resources and nourishing support.
While Eco Pure Flow is committed to empowering young women and girls through menstrual care and education, we also believe in caring for everyone in the community. This outreach effort reflects our broader mission of dignity, wellness, and equity for all.
A special shoutout and heartfelt thank‑you to Pete’s Fresh Market for their generous donation to Eco Pure Flow. Because of their support, we were able to make this grocery distribution possible and positively impact families.
We are grateful for partnerships like this that allow us to extend our reach and continue serving our community with compassion and purpose. Thank you, Pete’s Fresh Market, for standing with us and helping make a difference.

In The Community
Eco Pure Flow actively participates in menstrual health networking meetings, advocacy events, and community forums. These opportunities allow us to connect with organizations, businesses, and advocates working together to advance menstrual equity and improve access to menstrual products and education.
It was a pleasure meeting such an inspiring group of women on Saturday, March 7th, at the Menstrual Meetup hosted by Abigail Suleman. Events like this help strengthen partnerships and continue the important conversation around menstrual health, dignity, and access for all.

Distribution Event January 28, 2026
Eco Pure Flow is proud to host our Menstrual Equity & Wellness Launch Event on January 28, 2026, at St. Paul Lutheran School in Chicago.
Our goal is simple: no woman or girl should miss school, work, or daily life because she lacks menstrual products. Through this community event, we will distribute First Flow & Dignity Kits, organic menstrual products, and educational resources that promote healthy, sustainable care for families in need. This event begins our 2026 outreach season and expands our commitment to providing free, reliable access to menstrual essentials throughout the year. All are welcome to attend. Together, we can create a community where dignity flows freely.
Eco Pure Flow creates measurable social and environmental impact — improving lives while caring for the planet.
Today, we had the pleasure of meeting with students in grades 3rd through 5th at St. Paul Lutheran School to provide menstrual health education and distribute our Dignity Kits. It was a wonderful and successful visit, and we’re grateful for the opportunity to empower these young ladies with knowledge, confidence, and access to essential, organic menstrual care products.

Eco Pure Flow Care’s
Not only does Eco Pure Flow support women and teen girls, we also extend our love and assistance to children in need year- round . Last Christmas, we were able to help 10 children who were facing challenging living situations. We provided them with coats, toiletries, and toys to make their holiday brighter.
Eco Pure Flow sincerely thanks everyone who contributed to this effort — your generosity helped make these children’s Christmas truly special. This is exactly why we do what we do. Helping those in need brings so much joy to our hearts, and we are grateful for every opportunity to make a difference.

This young lady received school supplies, personal hygiene products, toiletries, and a new pair of gym shoes through our support. Eco Pure Flow wants to extend a heartfelt thank-you to everyone who contributed and helped make this possible. She was experiencing challenges with her hygiene, and because of your generosity, Eco Pure Flow was able to step in and provide what she needed. Thank you for helping us make a difference.

Eco Pure Flow Supports the Community
Eco Pure Flow is committed to supporting our community, especially youth and children. Here are just a few examples of the impact we’ve made:
Eco Pure Flow has provided groceries for families in need.
Eco Pure Flow assisted children with school uniforms, including helping a parent who had recently been laid off. When we learned her son was attending school in pajamas because she couldn’t afford a uniform, Eco Pure Flow stepped in to provide the proper clothing so he could attend school with confidence and dignity.

A huge thank you to True Rock Ministries for providing toys to the children during this special time of year—it was truly amazing.
